BC Poker General Terms & Conditions
This document is a legally binding agreement between the user and BCPoker that governs all access to and use of the platform, including poker games, casino products, payments, and account management. Completing registration constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms in full. BC Poker reserves the right to update or amend these conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration at BC Poker
To register an account, the user must:
- be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher;
- not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction: United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Australia, Comoros, or any country on the FATF blacklist;
- register only one account per person – duplicate accounts are a violation of these terms;
- provide accurate personal information during registration.
Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information at the time of registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
Player Account Rules and Responsibilities
Each account holder is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Sharing account access with a third party, selling or transferring an account, or allowing another person to operate an account under any circumstances is prohibited.
The use of automated tools – including bots, real-time assistance (RTA) programs, heads-up displays (HUDs), and any software that reads or processes live game data – is strictly prohibited across all game types. BC Poker applies the BC Shield system to detect prohibited tools in real time. Accounts found to be using such software are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.
Prohibited Activities on BC Poker
The following actions are prohibited and will result in account restrictions or closure:
- use of bots, RTA tools, or HUD software at any table;
- operating or accessing multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
- collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- bonus abuse through multiple accounts or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms;
- processing funds through the platform for money laundering or any purpose unrelated to genuine gameplay;
- any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform software or infrastructure.
BC Poker monitors gameplay and account activity continuously. Violations may result in account closure without warning. Forfeited balances from confirmed violations are not returned.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All cash games, tournaments, and Spin & Go sessions on BC Poker follow standard poker rules. Hand rankings, betting structures, and dealing procedures are consistent with international standards for each game variant.
Card dealing integrity is maintained through a Provably Fair RNG using the KECCAK-256 cryptographic hash function on the Ethereum blockchain. Each dealer’s result is verifiable by any participant after the hand completes.
Specific game rules applied across all formats:
- In the event of a player disconnection, any chips already committed to the pot remain in play. The disconnected player’s hand is managed according to the timeout and all-in rules.
- If two players are eliminated simultaneously in a tournament, the player with the larger chip stack at the start of the deciding hand is awarded the higher finishing position.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Conditions
Transaction conditions on BC Poker:
- minimum deposit: $5;
- minimum withdrawal: $14 (subject to change by the platform);
- crypto withdrawals: processed within minutes under standard blockchain network conditions. Network gas fees apply;
- fiat withdrawals: processed from a few hours to a few days depending on the payment provider and receiving bank. No administrative fee is charged by BC Poker on fiat withdrawals;
- KYC verification may be required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, for unusual transaction patterns, or at the platform’s discretion.
Funds deposited must be from legitimate sources. Deposits originating from fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorized activities will be investigated under BC Poker’s AML procedures.

Intellectual Property and Platform Use
All content on BC Poker – including software, game logic, visual assets, logos, and the BC Poker brand name – is the property of the BC.Game Group. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal gameplay only.
The following are prohibited without written authorization:
- copying, reproducing, or distributing platform content;
- decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the software;
- creating derivative products based on any part of the platform;
- automated scraping of lobby data, hand histories, or game tables.
Account Termination and Fund Seizure
BC Poker may suspend or permanently close an account under the following conditions:
- confirmed or suspected violation of these terms, including game rules, prohibited activity, or identity fraud;
- suspicion of or confirmed money laundering activity;
- failure to comply with KYC or AML requirements when requested.
If an account is closed due to confirmed rule violations or fraud, any remaining balance may be seized. If BC Poker initiates account closure without fault on the part of the player – for example, due to a withdrawal from a jurisdiction – any available balance will be returned after identity verification is completed.
Limitation of Liability
BC Poker is not liable for:
- service interruptions caused by the user’s internet provider, device, or local network conditions;
- loss of game state or in-hand decisions resulting from a user-side disconnection;
- delays in crypto withdrawal processing caused by blockchain network congestion or technical conditions outside BC Poker’s control;
- losses arising from temporary platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
BC Poker does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and reserves the right to perform maintenance at any time. Game results generated through the verified Provably Fair RNG are final and are not subject to reversal except in cases of confirmed technical error on the platform’s side.
